The Ontario Handball Association (OHA) is a non-profit organization with the purpose of fostering, expanding, and perpetuating the sport of Handball throughout Ontario. The OHA board of directors consists of volunteers who work collaboratively to enhance the game of Handball in as many communities as possible. As an organization, our goal is to grow Handball at the grass-root level, increasing the introduction of handball to junior players and increasing overall participation.
Handball promotes healthy living and activity by combining cardiovascular activity, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. With our focus being junior players and programs, Handball encourages many character values in our young athletes, such as commitment, desire, integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.
